Efficient, Certified, and Renewable
Our commercial, residential, and retail assets in Luxembourg are managed with a strong focus on efficiency and long-term sustainability. All buildings hold valid Energy Performance Certificates and are fully powered by certified regional renewable energy.
Continuous improvements include LED lighting with smart sensors, EV charging infrastructure, and advanced ventilation and air-conditioning systems to optimise comfort and energy efficiency. Certified waste management processes are applied across the portfolio, and the Group also supports the energy transition through its investment in the Alantra Energy Transition Fund.

United Kingdom
Resilient and Responsible Property Management
Our commercial, residential, and retail properties in the United Kingdom are managed to high sustainability standards. All assets are rated BREEAM In-Use Very Good, hold valid Energy Performance Certificates, and are powered by certified renewable electricity. Waste is managed in full compliance with regulatory requirements, and regular natural hazard assessments are conducted to strengthen resilience and long-term asset performance.

Efficiency with Respect for Heritage
In Switzerland, our portfolio combines sustainability with respect for architectural heritage. Most buildings are powered by renewable electricity and benefit from initiatives such as solar energy production, heat pumps, LED upgrades, and participation in the éco21 programme. Recycling is implemented across all properties, while targeted renovations — including window and roof replacements — are carried out with full respect for heritage requirements, ensuring improved energy performance without compromising character.

Responsible Hospitality in Action
The Novotel Nancy is certified under the Clef Verte eco-label, reflecting its strong environmental and social commitment. Key initiatives include the elimination of single-use plastics, LED lighting upgrades, reduced gas consumption for hot water, and water-saving systems supported by staff and guest awareness programmes.
Daily waste sorting and composting are in place, alongside EV charging facilities. The hotel also supports local social initiatives, promotes biodiversity through beehives, and prioritises local and organic sourcing, in line with the KM0 philosophy and French energy performance regulations.
