Olivier, with 25 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and ESG compliance, supports Private Equity and Real Estate groups, businesses, and startups in financial compliance, strategic growth, and business development.

During his professional journey, Said has built strong expertise in consolidation under Lux GAAP, IFRS, BGAAP, and French GAAP for PERE and commercial/industrial groups, with proficiency in Prophix/Sigma and Amelkis implementation.

With more than 20 years of experience Stéphane is an indirect and direct tax specialist in Luxembourg, He speaks French, English and Dutch. He is member of the Luxembourg Ordre des Experts-Comptables.

Alain began his career in Luxembourg in 1986, spending 20+ years in banking, 11 years as a law firm's Commercial Director, and joining Initium in 2017. He is a member of the Luxembourg Ordre des Experts-Comptables.
